About the Project
Desert Serenity Villa
A residential villa inspired by the desert, its sand tones and its deep calm. Hand-finished natural plaster walls, travertine floors and surfaces, and olive trees and palms brought inside through tall windows, skylights and light slots that draw lines of light across the walls.
The spaces flow from a double-height lounge with a sunken seating area and linear fireplace to a dining room with a solid timber table, a kitchen with a travertine island and a study with a sculpted stone desk. Calm bedroom suites, bathrooms with stone tubs and basins, and an outdoor lounge around a fire pit overlooking the dunes at sunset complete the villa.
