Rawabi Design Services L.L.C – S.P.C, trade license CN-6661510, Al Quds Street, Hor Al Anz, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the information you share with us through rawabi.ae and our social media accounts.
Information we collect
Contact details you choose to send us through the quote form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email address and details of your project.
Your interactions with our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts: comments and messages you send us, and forms you complete in our ads.
Website usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and device type, using cookies.
How we use it
To answer your enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange consultations and site visits, and follow up on your request.
To improve our website, services and content.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Our social media management tool
We use an internal tool at social.rawabi.ae to manage Rawabi's own Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts only, through the official Meta and TikTok APIs and with our authorization as the account owner.
The tool uses: our profile information and follower count; publishing and scheduling our content; reading comments and messages on our posts to reply to them and record customer enquiries; and the results of our ads.
Comment text may be processed by our AI service provider solely to draft a reply that our team reviews.
Access tokens are stored securely on our servers, and data received from these platforms is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to run our business (hosting, analytics, AI services, social platforms), or when required by law.
Retention
We keep your information while we work with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at any time by emailing info@rawabi.ae with the subject "Data deletion request", stating your name and the contact method or account you used. We reply within 30 days.
You can also remove any permission you granted to an app from your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings (Apps and websites).
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
