“Rawabi” is Arabic for hills: high ground that overlooks its surroundings with calm and steadiness. Our name and our approach grew from that idea: to look at every project from a higher vantage point, seeing the whole picture before drawing the first line.
We bring design and execution under one roof: architectural and interior design, project management, supervision and fit-out, all the way to maintenance after handover. The technical study is a paid service that gives you everything you need to decide with confidence. When you proceed with Rawabi for execution, the study fee is fully deducted from the contract value.
